Learning the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra is not just for beginners. It's for all Spiritual levels including Enlightened beings.

*** The Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise system is a Mind Art. You use your Mind's Eye (imagination) to relearn how to breathe like a child. The only catch to learning how to breathe like a child is that you must remember to repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise throughout our your day as you put your mind on your Tan Tien while imagining that the air you are breathing in is going down to your Tan Tien to expand your lower abdominal when you inhale and contract when you exhale.
 

You are now inhaling and exhaling 15-20 times per minute. The Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise will teach you how to inhale and exhale 3-4 times per minute with practice. Once this happens you will bring in 7 times more oxygen into your blood stream than you are able to bring in now to increases your blood oxygen level to strengthen your heart and energy circulation. This will also slow down the deterioration of your lungs as you age. Your your nervous system will relax, your heart beat will slow down, your blood pressure will decrease, your energy will increase, your aging will also slow down and your intuition will increase as your Spirit awakens to a higher level of consciousness.

*** Put the palm of your right hand over the back part of the left hand and place them 1.3 inches below your navel. (women will put their left palm over the back of the right hand).









Finding your Tan Tien

There are 3 Tan-Tiens: the lower Tan-Tien,  known as the furnace, is located 1.3 inches below the navel and a third inside your body, directly in line with the middle of  the top of your head. The middle Tan-Tien is located in the diaphragm and the upper Tan-Tien is located in the middle of the brain, it is called the third eye, your Spiritual center. The 3 Tan-Tiens are all connected.

Today you are going to learn how to find your lower Tan Tien so you can get in the habit of lower abdominal breathing 24 hour a day like a child.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and continue to apply correct postures. Put the palm of your right hand over the back part of the left hand and place them 1.3 inches below your navel. (women will put their left palm over the back of the right hand).

I want you to close your eyes and when you inhale in through your nose I want you to find your Tan Tien by looking for you Tan Tien with your mind's eye (imagination) as you inhale. Your Tan Tien is located 1/3 inside your body right behind you outer Tan Tien which is 1.3 inches below your navel. Inhale to the count of Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 and then exhale all the air out. Keep on repeating Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to yourself as you inhale until you find your  Tan Tien with your mind. It might take you a while to find your Tan Tien but once you find your Tan Tien you will feel every breath you take going there and your lower abdominal will expand when you inhale and contract when you exhale. I want you to keep your mind on your  Tan Tien all of the time by repeating the  Holy Breath Yoga 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as you inhale from now on.

Continue to repeat the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra, Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as you stand in this posture for 10 minutes. Feel your self relax with every breath you take in and feel yourself relax even more as you exhale. It will take you a bit longer to exhale than to inhale.

There is a natural pause in-between inhalation and exhalation so you DO NOT have to consciously hold your breath in-between inhalation and exhalation. 

Continue to keep your Mind on your Tan Tien by repeating the
Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra, Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self for as many times as  you can  while inhaling and  going about your every day business until breathing like a child becomes natural.

Tomorrow morning you are to put your Mind on your Tan-Tien and begin to  repeat the
Holy Breath Yoga 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra ,  Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as soon as you wake up and take your first conscious breath. Get up use the bathroom, get a drink of water to get your metabolism going and begin with your 10 minute practice.


Take a 15 minute walk after your practice as you continue to repeat the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra with your Mind on your lower Tan Tien as you inhale while you are walking. You can use a treadmill indoors or you can walk amongst trees only. Stay away from walking in high traffics areas because it has been medically proven that diesel exhaust fumes is the cause of the increase in heart attacks and strokes world wide for the last 8 1/2 years. When you practice on your own remember to tell your self to relax before you silently count the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra and to tell yourself to relax before you exhale.

******* Holy Breath Relaxation technique: When obstacles arise in your world that stresses you out (make you upset) Francisco wants you take the time to immediately tell your self to relax and count the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise mantra Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 silently to your self as you inhale and then exhale. You are to do this for as many times as needed to stay calm. Do this every time obstacles arise and one day second nature will take over,  you will automatically relax instead of getting stressed out.

*** There will come a time that you will have to choose 24 hour Lower Abdominal breathing over chest breathing. Once this happens and you choose lower Abdominal breathing you will lower Abdominal breathe 24 hours a day for the rest of your life. ***Stop practicing any exercise immediately that requires you to hold your breath until you are able to 24 hour abdominal breathe (breathe like child)***. If you practice Yoga or any other exercise you can exhale while going down and inhale while coming back up but do not hold your breath or Yoga postures as you normally would. *** If you Hold your breath and break the Holy Breath Spiritual Qigong 24 hour abdominal breathing exercise Tan Tien mind connection and you will throw your breathing rhythm off balance *** If you coordinate breathing with your movements your health will excel.

Very Important Information: Francisco has found out that the students that have had a hard time learning how to breathe like a child did not spend to the to find their Tan Tien with their Mind or grasp the importance of remembering to repeat Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5  for as many times as they could through out their day while inhaling. Once they contacted him and the correction was made breathing like a child became natural. Find your Tan Tien with your Mind, keep it there and remember to repeat Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 for as many times as you can throughout your day especially when your lower abdominal begins to expand when you inhale. 

Very important: Add DULSE Seaweed to your diet. Its a miracle plant that cleanses your entire Respiratory System  from toxins, pollution, mold, vog , sinus infections, chest colds etc.… issues. Chew up a  small pinch (caution: high in sodium and iodine) every morning and swallow it. It can be found in health food stores.

***Remember to always keep the tip of your tongue relaxed on your upper palate when you are exercising, when you are not talking or eating. Francisco sleeps with his tongue there. This connects your front and back energy channels so that your energy can circulate through out you body unhindered.



If you are not doing so already get in the habit of silently praising God our Father ( also known as El Elyon/Catholic, Atman/Buddhism, Vishnu/Hindu, Jah/Hebrew, Deus/Portuguese and Dios/Spanish) through out your day by thanking him for everything that goes on throughout your day, ask God our Father for guidance, listen to your inner voice so you can reach your highest potential. Practice Giving, Morals, Patience, Preservation, Concentration, Wisdom, Kindness, Peace, Love, Compassion and Equanimity towards others. Love thy neighbor as thy self and treat people how you want to be treated. Have respect for Francisco  your teacher but DO NOT worship him, worship God our Father in Spirit and Truth.
